Manufacturing in Egypt
There are six Ideal Standard factories in Egypt, with the first of these having been established in 1986 to produce premium sanitary ware products.

vitreous china (established in 1986); brass fittings (established in 1987); acrylics (two plants, one established in 1986 and the other, in 2006); cabinets (established in 1999) and an E-AIP plant (established in 1999 to produce acrylic sheets.
